OpenWA documentation now publishes from development and releases

The current docs are on openwa.dev, with automatic Cloudflare publication for relevant master updates and an explicit Bumpy release dispatch.

The current OpenWA documentation lives at openwa.dev/docs. The calling, events, media, polls and phone-number guides describe the 5.5 APIs, and the generated reference and OpenAPI document track the current package contracts.

The publication workflow now deploys relevant changes from master to Cloudflare. Its source paths include the docs application, schemas, client and configuration surfaces, UI changes, workspace reference sources and dependency files. A dedicated Docs environment supplies the deployment credentials.

Release publication is explicit

Bumpy's release workflow now dispatches the same docs job from the release branch after release processing. This avoids relying on a GitHub release event created with GITHUB_TOKEN, which doesn't automatically start another workflow. The dispatch is independent of the package publication work.

Both paths have completed production deployments: an automatic master push and a release-source workflow dispatch. Publishing a development PR still doesn't publish npm packages; Bumpy's version PR and release branch remain the package release path.

Blog articles and changelogs have a separate editorial source in EmDash. Publishing their CMS records makes them visible on the public site's live content routes without rebuilding the frontend. A docs deployment updates guide and reference pages, but it doesn't manufacture new CMS articles.
